Lua Nova Yoga offers group yoga classes and private sessions both in-person and online. By participating in any of our classes or sessions, you agree to follow our instructions and practice safely. If you have any medical conditions or injuries, it is your responsibility to inform your instructor before the class or session. We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone who poses a risk to themselves or others.

By purchasing a ticket to this event you hereby agree to the below waiver and release agreement: 

I understand that Kundalini Activation may involve physical movements as well as an opportunity for stress reduction and improvedmental well being. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious, disabling or fatal, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, discontinue the activity, and ask for support from the instructor. I will continue to breathe smoothly. I assume full responsibility for any and all damages, which may incur through participation.

Kundalini Activation is not a substitute for medical or psychological attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. Kundalini Activation is not recommended and is not safe for those prone to mania, delusion or psychosis. By signing, I affirm that a licensed physician has verified my good health, physical and mental condition to participate in such a program. In addition, I will make the instructor aware of any medical conditions or physical limitations before class. If I am pregnant, become pregnant or I am post-natal or post-surgical, my signature verifies that I have my physician's approval to participate. I also affirm that I alone am responsible to decide whether to practice KAP and participation is at my own risk. I hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now or may have hereafter against Kundalini Activation and it's instructors.

I am complying with this agreement voluntarily and recognize that my purchase of a ticket serves as complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law in the United Kingdom.

Lua Nova Yoga offers private reiki and tarot sessions, which are not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment. By booking a session, you acknowledge that it is not a medical treatment and that the results may vary. We cannot guarantee any specific outcome and we are not liable for any adverse effects that may occur during or after the session. We do not diagnose illnesses or prescribe medications. Our sessions are designed to promote relaxation, balance, and wellbeing. The quality of Reiki energy you will receive during a group session is exactly the same that you would receive in a private session. Tarot readings are intended for entertainment purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional advice.

Bookings can be made through our website or by contacting us directly. Payment is required in advance to secure your booking. We accept payment through various methods including credit/debit card, bank transfer and PayPal. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your booking. Please review the cancellation policy below:

• Private Sessions: Kindly provide a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations.
• Group Sessions: Please notify us at least 6 hours in advance if you need to cancel.
• Kundalini Activation Sessions: We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of your payment. In situations of illness or emergency, we will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling your session.

We take every reasonable step to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our clients during sessions. However, we cannot be held liable for any injuries or damages that may occur during sessions. By using our services, you agree to release us from any liability for any injuries, damages, or other claims arising from your participation.
