Post Natal Yoga becomes a gentle space to restore, rejuvenate, nurture and fully embrace the joys and challenges of motherhood. Wear comfortable clothes and bring an extra warm layer. As a general rule, allow yourself one hour to digest after a light snack and one-and-a-half hours to digest after a light meal before your yoga class.
